Connecting ChatGPT or Claude
Add Moola from the assistant’s plugin or connector directory, or as a custom server at https://moola.so/api/mcp.
Sign in to Moola when asked and approve the permissions. Approving an assistant needs an authenticator app or a passkey on your Moola account; set one up in Settings → Sign-in security.
Disconnect any assistant in Settings → Connected apps. Moola never moves money, and an assistant can only see your personal workspace.
Common questions
The assistant says there are no transactions. Transactions come from a linked bank. Manual accounts have balances only.
Balances look out of date. Use Refresh in Moola; the date shown is when your bank last reported.
Deleting your data. Settings → Your data → Delete your account removes everything. See the privacy policy.
